We do not market or sell our services, resources or events to children.  If you are under 18, you may use our site only with consent from a parent or guardian.

Facebook Groups

We run Facebook Groups. If you are admitted to this Group during the sign up process we usually collect your email address and may use this for marketing purposes unless you unsubscribe from our email marketing. Facebook Groups are operated by Facebook and are accordance with their terms and conditions. You can leave the Group at any time. Within the Facebook Group it is possible for others to see your posts. Our Groups are what Facebook terms as ‘Closed’. Refund Policy

Should you wish or decide to withdraw or cancel your purchase, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within the Cooling Off Period to the contact details below unless you have already used or consumed the product or service supplied. 

We provide a 14 day Cooling Off Period unless you have already used or consumed the product or service supplied or we have explicitly altered this to a different period when you purchased the product, in which case this will have been confirmed to you by email when you purchased. 

For coaching products we will provide the coaching that was agreed when you purchased the service on the basis that the coaching is booked to take place at a mutually convenient time and date, within one year of your purchase.  If you have not arranged your coaching within a year of purchase it will have lapsed.  

Please note that if you purchase services from us the performance of our services will begin immediately after you have received our purchase confirmation email.  We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio, software products and any other products where the item has been unsealed.

Governing Law

This agreement is subject to the laws of England & Wales.

Changes to this agreement

BoomBoss® Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use or access the Site.
